- This is a Pre Solicitation Notice for the VA Medical Center located in Dayton, Ohio who is interested in providing Lithotripsy services to the veterans that qualify as beneficiaries. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621999. The requirements are estimated to be three to five patients per month at the VA scheduled clinics which are scheduled the last Thursday of each month. The Contractor must provide serviceable ESWL equipment and staff for procedures. This is a small business set-aside. Performance start date is 7/1/2007 for base year and four option years. The Solicitation will be posted on or around May 15, 2007.
