- Description
- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to The Spatial Data Analytics Corporation (SPADAC) in McLean, VA for a study to do predictive analysis and complex multi-INT fusion. The period of performance is not to exceed six (6) months. The project will advance the tradecraft for the Office of Americas and will apply new analytic methods to high priority intelligence issues. The intent of this requirement is to execute a study over a high priority area to develop trends and threat analysis using geo-statistical methods that would reveal geographic patterns, profiling, and to identify abnormalities in behavior. Capable parties may identify their interests by responding to this requirement. Such qualifications and/or capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred while responding to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
