- This acquisition is to provide food services, supplies, and materials for the Bureau of Indian Education, Bureau funded schools within the New Mexico South Agency and the New Mexico North Agency. The contractor shall provide services, which shall include menu preparation, development, operations and ordering procedures, inventory control, food services personnel training, warehouse, receipt distribution of USDA commodity food and other specialized services. The contractor shall develop a six-week cycle menus, which reflect student interest, cultural preference, special occasions, banquets, etc. The period of performance shall be from July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 with four options year periods. Multiple awards shall be made from this solicitation. One award for each agency shall be made. This solicitation is unrestricted or full and open.
