- Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX 75503, has a requirement to purchase and install carpet in the south west corner of the basement of Head Quarters bldg B-15. Range of Magnitude is less than $25,000. Work shall begin within 14 calendar days afte r receipt of notification to start work. The solicitation W911RQ-07-B-0003 will be available for download on the RRAD website: https://www.redriver.army.mil/contractingframes/opensolicitations2.cfm on or about April 23, 2007.
