The Government intends on using Integrated Product Team (IPT) Pricing, with the sole source contractor, from the time of solicitation issuance. Therefore, the solicitation that gets posted (electronically) will not be complete, but will only be adequate for immediately beginning IPT pricing with the sole source contractor. The solicitation will not be made available to foreign contractors.
