- This project is a request for quotations to provide welding instruction, work experience and job placement to students at the Pine Ridge Job Corps, Chadron, Nebraska. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database. Personnel performing the work must be certified, licensed or accredited by a professional trade organization in the state of Nebraska as Arc Welder, Flux Core Arc Welder, Gas Metal Arc Welder and certified in aluminum and stainless steel tig welding. Previous teaching experience is preferred. All other requirements are included in the solicitation, which shall be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website for downloading. The performance period is 365 calendar days, July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008, for the base period with 4 option year periods. The NAICS code is 611519. The small business size standard is $6.5 million. This project is 100% Set-Aside for small business. The estimated price range for the base year is between $100,000 and $250,000.
