Description

DSCR plans to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to two (2) one-year periods. The solicitation number will be SPM4A607R0449, IQC 07046009005. The NSN is as follows 9150-01-530-6380, Grease, Water Resistant, High Speed, Aircraft & Missile (Unit Cartridge Contains 14 oz Nominal). The solicitation will be 50% Small Business Set Aside, Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources and will result in a Firm Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment up to 150%. Item is Critical and a Commercial Product. This is a QPL item using MIL-PRF-32014A. QAP004 applies. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Labels are requirements. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 5%. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. Delivery requirement is 67 days.
