- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to issue a Purchase Order to Bamboo Solutions Corporation, 11417 Sunset Hills Rd, Reston, VA 20190 for the maintenance support on Bamboo WD3 Enterprise Server, Bamboo WD3 Enterprise Web Server, Bamboo WD3 Concurrent licenses (50 each), Bamboo WD3 Named Licenses (50 each) and Bamboo WD3 CAD Trak for the period of 06/14/2007 through 06/13/2008. The maintenance support shall include upgrades, updates, fixes and technical support and is currently known to be available through Bamboo Solutions Corporation only. The core product WD3 is an engineering specific document management application that manages building related documents of SSA facilities. Because of the nature of this work, the vendor is required to be on-site. Other organizations that believe they are capable of meeting the requirements of SSA are invited to submit information establishing a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. If SSA does not identify other acceptable sources capable of providing this requirement, the agency shall issue a sole source award of the maintenance support under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions. This is NOT a Request for Proposal and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. Requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of the information received. Verbal responses are NOT acceptable and will NOT be considered. Responses to this notice must be submitted by April 26, 2007, by 12 PM EST. Responses may be sent via E-MAIL ONLY to the point of contact listed below. NO PHONE CALLS OR FAXES WILL BE ACCEPTED. No submissions may exceed 5MB.
