- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific intends to procure Internet Access Services/Support for their Okinawa, Japan facility locations under full and open competition procedures utilizing a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Contract with services/support ordered under individual task orders. The period of performance will be for a 12-month base period with two 12-month optional periods of performance. The specific requirements for the Internet Access will be included in Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HE1260-07-R-7002, to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 2 May 2007, and will close 30 days from the RFP issue date. The anticipated award date will be on or about 1 September 2007. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov.
