- Description
- The National Gallery of Art is seeking professional Engineering services for design of various MEP systems upgrade and replacement, which may include other disciplines such as civil, architectural, and building controls. Typical projects will include, but not limited to, replacement of existing roofing systems, construction and / or modification of office spaces, and modification, upgrade and repair of existing mechanical, electrical, and Building Automation Systems (BAS). This is an IDIQ contract solicitation with a base year and four-year options. The solicitation package is being released on April 26, 2007.
