- THIS NOTICE HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO CHANGE THE RESPONSE DATE. REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest for a 7,262 rsf, one-year lease extension project to house the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: 1) Full Service Lease; 2) Location must be accessible to major highway arteries so Special Agents can respond quickly to emergency investigative needs; 3) Windows or other exterior openings in the space being offered are readily accessible from outside FBI space, one-half inch steel bar, 6 inches on center installed by lessor; 4) 2" conduit with a weatherhead which shall extend to 2? above the roof of the building installed by the lessor; 5) Dedicated 2-inch conduit telephone system separated from other lines in the building; 6) Available for occupancy by October 2007.
