- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE Fort Myers, FLORIDA REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space yielding a minimum of 3,600 usable square feet and 4 parking spaces in the City of Fort Myers, Florida, available for use by the United States Secret Service (USSS). LOCATION: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: Caloosahatchee River South: Gladiolus to Briarcliff East: I-75 West: McGregor Blvd. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Occupancy is desired no later than September 1, 2008. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by May 7, 2007. Owners and Exclusive Agents only. Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
