- NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION PHILADELPHIA, PA Requirement: The General Services Administration currently occupies 9,564 usable, 11,133 rentable square feet of first-class office space in the central business district of Philadelphia, PA. The Government will only consider alternate locations if economically advantageous to the Government. Factors used in the evaluation but not limited to, all tenant improvements, physical move, move coordination; telecommunication costs; security enhancements, etc. Delineated area: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: North: Vine Street from 20th Street to Broad Street; Arch Street from Broad Street to 2nd Street South: Walnut Street East: 2nd Street West: 20th Street The subject agency is currently housed in the above referenced area, therefore, the costs of moving and alterations as well as the impact on the agency?s mission will be assessed. This small lease also supplements a larger lease for the agency at the same location. Lease term: Two five year renewal options Owners and Submissions by other than the owner of a property or Authorized site MUST be accompanied by a letter from the OWNER Agents: granting permission to make a general offering of the space/site. Expressions of interest should be submitted within 10 days and must include: 1) Building name and address or location of site; 2) Rentable square feet; rentable rate per square foot and common area factor This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
