- Description
- The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF) intends to issue a solicitation for a contractor to arrange and execute travel grants for IAF grantees and other grassroots development leaders to attend program-related workshops, conferences, meetings, and training events. The Contractor will facilitate the issuance of visas; make airline, hotel and related reservations for travel in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean; provide pre-paid tickets and per-diem to travelers, make arrangements and pay hotel and conference organizers directly for accommodations and conference fees, and answer questions and solve problems that arise during the course of the trips. The Contractor must be proficient in English, Spanish and Portuguese. The Government contemplates award of an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed transaction rates. Travel orders issued against the contract will be issued as either a Time-and-Material or Firm-Fixed Price or a combination thereof. The period of performance will be for a base period of one year and five one-year option periods. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 561599 and the small business size standard is $6.0 million.
