- This RFP is essentially a re-issue of the requirement previously solicited via RFP number N00033-07-R-5214. Please note the following changes: - The RFP is a 100 % Small Business Set Aside - The RFP is extended to 19 April 2007, 1100 EDT Request one US or Foreign flag self-sustaining combination RO/RO-LO/LO vessel or tug/barge unit with a 30 ton crane (a portable crane is acceptable). Cargo will consist of 148 pieces, 881.5 Sort Tons, 20,936 Square Feet that consists of containers, engineering equipment and wheeled vehicles.
