- **PLEASE NOTE THE REQUIREMENT FOR BUSINESS ENTERPRISE CONSULTING SERVICES HAS BEEN ELIMINATED. HOWEVER, THE REQUIREMENT FOR LEAN SIX SIGMA CONSULTING SERVICES STILL EXISTS. The Military Sealift Command (MSC) has a requirement to procure Lean Six Sigma consulting services and training. This acquisition will be restricted to companies classified as small business concerns under NAICS 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services). This will be an indefinite delivery-requirements type contract with a firm period, and four 1-year options. The solicitation resulting from this notice will be available ON OR ABOUT 01 MAY 2007. ONCE THE SOLICITATION IS POSTED it will be available at www.msc.navy.mil. Click on Contracts (upper right hand corner of the screen), click on Request for Proposals, search for solicitation number N00033-07-R-8012, and follow the down load instructions.
