Description

The National Business center in Denver, CO has a requirement to upgrade the power for the Data Center. The Data Center has numerous pieces of new equipment that are still under warranty with Computer Sites, Inc. and the new equipment must be tied into the existing equipment. The new equipment requirements are as follows: 2 - 20 ton free cool glycol units 2 - dry coolers (4fan units rates 105 degrees fehrenheit) 4 - 3 HP pumps 2 - dual pump controls 3 - 1500 kW Diesel generators (temporary) 4968 gallons red diesel fuel Generator switch gear for short term rental New utility feed from XCEL energy 1 - New 2000 KVA transformer New switch gear and ATS 1 - Cummins ATS OTPC 1600 1 - New 1500 kW Diesel generator All conduit, wiring, piping, miscellaneous parts and equipment, labor to complete the job in a workmanlike manner, all permits and fees and warranties on all equipment and labor. Concerns having the ability to furnish the above equipment, miscellaneous parts, labor and warranties shall provide written notice including a telephone number and a point of contact (POC), to the acquisition office listed above by 12:00 noon MDT, April 24, 2007. This information will be evaluated and used to determine if competetive opportunities exist. Since no solicitation document exists, requests for such documents without accompanying information will be considered non-responsive to this request without further consideration. This notice may represent the Government's only official notice of this procurement. This announcement replaces ANN07000145. Based on information available at this time and the proprietary nature of the existing warranties on the equipment in the Data Center and in accordance with 41 U.S.C253(c)(1), implemented by FAR 6.302 the Government considers the items specified to be only available from Computer Sites, Inc.
