- NOTE: THIS NOTICE IS NOT INTENDED TO SOLICIT INTEREST FROM NEW CONTRACTORS FOR THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), BUT TO NOTIFY POTENTIAL SUBCONTRACTORS OF THE PRIME CONTRACTORS SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SECOND PHASE OF THIS TWO-PHASE DESIGN BUILD PROJECT. Phase One has concluded and offerors have been selected to proceed to Phase Two. The following offerors will be provided RFP documents and invited to participate in Phase Two: (1) Austin AECOM, 5757 Woodway Drive, Suite 100W, Houston, TX 77057; (2) Benham Constructors, LLC, 9400 N. Broadway, Suite 300, Oklahoma City, OK 73114; (3) BE&K Government Group, 2000 International Park Drive, Birmingham, AL 35243; (4) Daniels & Daniels Construction Co., Inc., Post Office Box 10337, Goldsboro, NC 27532; a nd (5) R.N. Rouse & Co., Inc, 8000 Regency Parkway, Cary, NC 27518. Phase Two documents will be issued on or about 18 April 2007. Phase Two proposals will be due 20 June 2007. Once issued, contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all am endments from the Internet at Federal Technical Data System (FedTeDS) http://www.fedteds.gov.
