- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will be issued. The Government anticipa tes awarding a contract for the purchasing of one excavator U.S.Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District. This action is unrestricted, NAICS Code 333120. The solicitation will be posted on or about 17 April 2007 at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi-click on contracting opportunities search, enter W912EQ% in the solicitation number, click on the solicition number, at the bottom for the next screen click on attachments, click on the pdf file and the solicitation will opening up. The offer due date is 17 Ma y 2007 @ 11:00 a.m. central standard time. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile.
