- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W31P4Q-07-T-5807 is being issued as a request for quote; however, the US Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to issue a competitive small business set aside contrac t for a Milltronics ML 18/60 CNC Combination Lathe. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. CLIN 0001 will be issued for a Milltronics ML 18/60 CNC Combinatio n Lathe. The place of delivery, acceptance, and FOB point is US Army RDECOM, AMSRD-AMR-PS-PT, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898, Attn: AMSRD-AMR-PS-PT/George Arkoosh. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency, if recei ved by 24 April 2007, noon (CST). Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on DD Form 1155 and will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropr iate for the dollar value of the award. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial; Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and Claus e 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, are applicable to this acquisition. Offer is due not later than 12:00 noon, (CST), 24 April 2007, in the contracting office, Building 5400, Ro om B148, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, 35898-5250.
