- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are bring requested for the attached solicitation. The US Army Joint Munitions and Lethality Life Cycle Management Command, Picatinny, NJ has a requirement for to have brand name tools and parts delivered to Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, TX to be used in support of the Lightweight 155mm Howitzer (LW155) Program. Award of the order shall be made to the lowest price,technically acceptable offeror. Technical acceptability, for purposes of this evaluation, shall be defined as the ability to provide each brand name tool and part as referenced within Section C.3.1 of the SOW as two deliveries in accordance with the delivery schedule as outlined in Section C.3.2 of the SOW.
