Description

The Montana Army National Guard, through the United States Property and Fiscal Office for Montana, has a statewide requirement for approximately 63 Digital Multi-Functional (Copier/Printer/Scanner/ Internet/Fax) Devices (MFDs). These MFDs will be acq uired through a monthly lease program which shall include machine maintenance and all consumable supplies except paper and staples. The estimated solicitation issue date is o/a 1 May 2007. The estimated proposal due date is o/a 25 May 2007. A firm fixed-p rice contract is anticipated with a Base Period (JUL  SEP 07) and Four Option Years. The North American Industrial Classification System code for this acquisition is 532420 and the size standard is $23.0 mil. This requirement is being solicited Unrestric ted.
