- Sole Source Intent. The United States Army Contracting Agency Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with InterTest NDT & RVI, 303 Route 94 Columbia, New Jersey 07832. InterTest is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of replacement parts and possesses certified and trained personnel to perform maintenance. The company owns the tools to perform proper calibrations. This action is solici ted as unrestricted. This contract will be for the purchase of CLIN 0001: Unit Issue: Each, Quantity: 1, Description: Digital Image Capture Acquisition System 20072 and UV Illumination system for Mark III borescope system. Award of this requirement will b e in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUES T FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these requirements, then you must respond by demonstrating your firms technical capability to meet these requirements by 25 April 2007, 8:00AM MST. E-mail your resp onse to Tejae Craig at Tejae.Craig@yuma.army.mil In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above liste d item. See Note 22 with the exception that the time period for the receipt of proposals for consideration is 7 days instead of 45 days.
