- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, a supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote number is W911SG-07-T-0199. Quotes are due by 3:30 PM local time, 27 April 2007. Quote shall be submitted electronically to ruben.pino@us.army.mil for the following : CLIN 0001- Quantity 2 ALL-TERRAIN LIFTER. Each item must have at least 72in forks for lifting, No less than 10,000 lbs operating load capacity, have a side shift mast assembly attachment, All-Terrain tires for use at Rail Head and ranges, tipping load, straight arms horizontal Standard American Equipment(SAE) 32,855 lbs, tipping load, articulated, arms horizontal (SAE) 24,255 lbs, turning radius at outside bucket edge, transport position 19ft 11in, height (top of cabin) 10ft 6in, payload over the total lift and steering range 8,820 lbs, width of fork carrier 75in,stability factor on level and solid ground,2 cab featuring two doors, electric intermittent windshield wipers and, washer (front and rear), tinted panoramic safety glass, and sliding window, on left-hand side, cab heating with 3 speed heater fan (choice fresh air/recirculation air), and windshield defroster, front and rear, automatic climate control, 2 front and 2 rear working floodlights, yellow beacon, pressurized cabin, independent diesel heat ing with timer, and back-up alarm for reverse travel. Equipment color requirement must be olive drab or desert tan. All terrain tires are required and all items must meet standard industrial speed requirements. CLIN 0002- SHIPPING CHARGES. Please indic ate if the charges apply to for each All Terrain Lift or if there are no charges at all. Items required for use by the Transportation Office, Unit Movements Branch personnel. Deliveries of the All Terrain Lifters are required no later than 30 days after award. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14.
