- Requirement for award of a firm-fixed price contract to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to repair equipment pads at the Commemorative Area, Fort McCoy, WI in accordance with the specifications, drawings and co nditions contained in the Request for Proposal. The project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Bid Bond will be required with proposal and Payment and Performance Bonds will be required after award. The North American Industry Classificatio n System (NAICS) code is 238990 with a small business size standard of $13 Million. This Request for Proposal will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. Quote documents will be available electronically at www.fedbizops.gov on or about 18 April 2007. Tele phonic, written, faxed, or electronic request for hard copies of quote documents will be denied. Interested parties must access the web page for issuance of the Request for Proposal, associated documents, and any amendments that may be issued. Contractors will NOT be directly notified of amendments. The Offer due date will be on or about 3 May 07. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Offers will be evaluated on technical, past performance and price. The solicitation w ill provide information as to what must be submitted for evaluation.
