- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Fort Car son will be awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Symantec Netbackup Software Maintenance. The award is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423430 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. This solicitation will end on 20 April 2007, 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Proposals shall reference solicitation #W911RZ07PNBU and include pricing as follows: CLIN 0001 Netbackup Server Windows SAN Media Server v 6. 0 License Tier 3 (7551188) Qty 4, CLIN 0002 Backup Option XPLAT Library Based Tape Drive Support v6.0 license (7551191) Qty 8, CLIN 0003 NetBackup Option XPLAT Shared Storage Option v6.0 license (7551192)Qty 6, CLIN 0004 NetBackup Database Agent Windows Ex change Server Agent v6.0 License Tier 3 (7551193) Qty 1. The period of performance will be 23 April 2007 through 22 April 2008. The previous maintenance coverage expired 22 February 2007 and the previous order/contract number was 100245236, PO#1336346. Please include pricing for four additional 1-year option periods. Contractor Manpower Reporting is required. Contractor will report ALL contractor manpower (including subcontractor manpower) required for performance of this contract. The contractor is re quired to completely fill in all the information in the format using the following web address https://contractormanpower.army.pentagon.mil. For this solicitation, Fort Carson will be awarding the contract based upon lowest price.
