- 1. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: Refraction Systems Qty = 2 ea. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers(oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FM5205-6353-0048. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration(CCR). This procurement not being issued as a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
