- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services Non personal: Provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation and all other essentials necessary for the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work dated 4 Apr 2007. All interested contractors are asked to e-mail Kellen Logan or Elke Lott for a copy of the Statement of Work and the Schedule of Bid Items. In submitting bids, contractors are asked to completely fill in the schedule of bid items. This document is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F2Y3CE7039A100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This solicitation is set aside for small business; the associated NAICS code is 541380 and small business size standard is $11.0 million. Delivery requirement: Initial service is to be performed within 30 days ARO, to 100 Col Joe Jackson Blvd, Ste 2068 McChord AFB, WA 98438. Contract will be for the period of 1 year from contract award date.
