- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FM442762580186; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16 and Defense DCN 20070327. This acquisition will be full and open competition; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6515. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3841. This request for quotation consists of the following Transnasal Esophagoscopy Video System: Item 0001: EPK Video Processor, P/N EPK-700 OR EQUAL: 1 each; EPK-700 video color processor for all K series video scopes (e.g., VNL-1170K & EE-1580K0. Produces full screen image with optimized color and illumination adjustments. Includes keyboard, water bottle, and air pump. Item 0002: Transnasal Esophagoscope 80K Series, P/N EE-1580K OR EQUAL: 1 each; Type: ENT Video Endoscope with color CCD chip and full brushability, Series: 80K, Channel Diameter: 2.0mm, Distal tip Diameter: 5.1mm, Working Length: 600mm, Angulation Up/Down: 210/120, Angle of View: 140 Degrees. Item 0003: DVD Recorder, Medical Grade, P/N 9138 OR EQUAL: 1 each; Sony Medical grade DVD recorderDVO-1000MD optimized for video endoscopy applications. Capabilities include: instant recording, bulit-in 80GS hard drive storing 30 hours of exams, no finalizing requried, and uses DVD+RW?s. 9138 includes Sony remote Job/Shuttle control model SVRM-100A. Item 0004: LCD Monitor, 14?, Medical Flat Panel OR EQUAL: 1 each; High resolution flat panel LCD Monitor. 14? display, Medical quality. RGB, S, Comp inputs. Item 0005: Compact Cart, P/N 80225 OR EQUAL: 1 each; Compact cart (37.5?H x 24?W x 24.6?D) with adjustable shelves, drawer, keyboard tray, 4.88? diameter wheels (2 with brakes), 6-outlet strip, rear doors, 2 monitor stops, dual scope holder. Item 0006: Leakage Tester, P/N OF-LT1 OR EQUAL: 1 each; Bulb-type, hand-operated leakage tester for flexible endoscope. Item 0007: Setup and Training, P/N 9198 OR EQUAL: 1 each; Factory-authorized setup and training on system. Item 0008: Video Printer, P/N UP-21MD OR EQUAL: 1 each; Sony Mavigraph Video Printer, near A6 prints, 400dpi Resolution. Item 0009: Paper and Ribbon Kit, P/N 1111-1605 OR EQUAL: 1 each; Film pack for UP-21MD Video Printer (4 pack at 50 prints each). All equal items must meet or exceed the features of the items described. Ensure you include cost and delivery timeframe for project completion. The delivery location is Travis AFB, California, 94535.
