- Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F2FT097053A100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 16. This is acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 423430 with a size standard of 100 employees; the SIC code is 5045. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: Line Item 0001: NovaNET Master Server Advanced C/UPG v.10, NovaStor item #11603, quantity 2. Line Item 0002: NovaNET Media/Client Server 3pk C/UPG v.10, NovaStor item #12033, quantity 4. Line Item 0003: NovaNET M/S Exchange Server C/UPG v.10, NovaStor item #12263, quantity 2. Line Item 0004: NovaNET Media/Client 10pk C/UPG v.10, NovaStor item #12053, quantity 3. Line Item 0005: NovaNET Plug-in for Oracle Databases C/UPG v.10, NovaStor item #12283, quantity 9. Line Item 0006: NovaNET Media/Client Server C/UPG v.10, NovaStor item #12013, quantity 1. Line Item 0007: NovaNET Master Server Advanced-Maintenance v.10, NovaStor item #9911601, quantity 2. Line item 0007 is an umbrella maintenance agreement that covers part numbers 11603, 12053, 12033, 12013, 12263 and 12283. All items FOB Destination for delivery to 505 CS/SCBS, 130 Hartson St, Hurlburt Field, FL, 32544. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition and will remain in full force in any resultant award: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items. It is amended to read: This acquisition is issued as a brand-name only requirement for NovaNet software upgrade and maintenance.
