- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for small business only. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-16, Effective 22 Mar 2007 (CLIN 0001) 7" Code 3 LED X2100 Item #:LB186 14-Head Lightbar or equal The following technical specifications apply: Must meet Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) requirements and pre-wired with 15' passenger side cable exit. The color of lights need to be red/blue. Low profile lightbar have sleek profile to increase fuel efficiency. Having LED's will increase efficiency and decrease maintenance costs. 2"H x 47"W x 12"D.
