- This solicitation, F1N2E17086A100, is a sole source requirement to Midvale Environmental Technologies, 6310 Knox Industrial Drive, St. Louis, MO 63139. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 325612 and the small business size is 500. This is classified as a commodity with incidental services to provide the following: 1. Contractor shall provide plastic abrasive produced from plastic stock of a uniform hardness and density, meeting Military Specification MIL-P-85891, Type VII (Starch-g-Acrylic). 2. Delivery amounts of new media will be no less than 9600 lbs per delivery. The contractor will be responsible for loading and unloading the barrels of media. Delivery and pickup must be accomplished by a truck with vertical lift capability and will be delivered within 10 days after the request purchase has been made. FOB: Destination for delivery is Columbus AFB, MS. This notice is posted as a notification of the Governments intention to award a sole source purchase order.
