Description
The contractor shall, except as specified in the Performance Work Statement as government furnished property or services, provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, and labor necessary to perform Food Service Attendant Services at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed-priced contract with a base year and four (4) one-year options. Base Year Period of Performance will be from 1 Oct 07 through 30 Sep 08. The North American Industry System code is 722310. This acquisition is a competitive 8(a) set-aside. All offerors require 8(a) certification and verification. There is no geographic restriction. SBA Requirement Number: 7700-07-703432. Joint Venture Agreements ? Joint Ventures are allowable on competitive 8(a) set-asides and must be received by SBA prior to proposal due date and approved before award of a resulting contract. If you are contemplating a joint venture on this project, you must advise your assigned Business Development Specialist (BDS) as soon as possible. It is recommended that the agreement be submitted as soon as practicable to ensure compliance with established regulations. Any corrections and/or changes can be made only when your BDS has adequate time for a thorough review before the proposal due date. NO CORRECTIONS AND/OR CHANGES ARE ALLOWED AFTER TIME OF SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL OR BIDS. A formal Request For Proposals (RFP) will be issued on or about 22 May 07 via Fed Biz Opps. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires a DUNS number and may take up to three weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
