- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-07-Q0310 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 (iv) This procurement is being issued unrestricted under NAICS code 532111. (v) CLIN 0001: Rental of six (6) full size sedans from 10 May 2007 through 18 May 2007 with delivery to the Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC) gate located at the intersection of Kolb Road and Irvington Road before 9:00 am on 10 May 2005 and pickup after 3:00 pm on 18 May 2007. CLIN 0002: Rental of one (1) full size sedan from 10 May 2007 through 19 May 2007 with delivery to the AMARC gate located at the intersection of Kolb Road and Irvington Road before 9:00 am on 10 May 2005 and pickup after 3:00 pm on 19 May 2007. CLIN 0003: Rental of eight (8) full size sedans from 12 May 2007 through 18 May 2007 with delivery to the AMARC gate located at the intersection of Kolb Road and Irvington Road before 9:00 am on 12 May 2005 and pickup after 3:00 pm on 18 May 2007. Quotation SHALL include all applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges. (vi) All vehicles to be delived with full tank of fuel. (vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (viii) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price and ability to meet delivery/pick-up schedule. (ix) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.204-8 Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. (x) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
