- The purpose of this second modification to Solicitation/Synopsis number DTFR53-07-R-00007 is to provide a corrected zip code for the FRA mailing address, and extend the closing date for the solicitation. The original requirements of Solicitation/Synopsis number DTFR53-07-R-00007, dated March 16, 2007, and amended on March 29, 2007, are further amended in the following areas: A. The Solicitation is hereby amended to provide the correct zip code for the FRA mailing address. The address and corrected zip code for the FRA are provided below: Federal Railroad Administration Attention: Natalie Burgess Mailstop 50 1120 Vermont Avenue, N.W. Washington, DC 20005 Offerors who submitted proposals to the solicitation before this amendment should contact Natalie Burgess at (202) 493 6149 to ensure their proposal packages were received. All Offerors that submitted a proposal before the March 29, 2007 amendment should contact Natalie Burgess regarding the return of those proposals if desired. B. The closing date for Solicitation/Synopsis number DTFR 53-07-R-00007 is hereby extended from April 20, 2007, NLT 3:30 p.m to April 27, 2007, NLT 3:30 p.m.. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
