Description
This announcement is the follow-up to a sources sought synopsis posted April 13, 2005, Reference Number 65236. PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for RFP-CMS-2007-8A-0006, APP Number 70859, NAICS Code 541611, Size Standard 6.5 million. The contract period of performance will be a 3-month transition, 15-month base year with four one-year option periods. Pursuant to FAR 19.800, this acquisition is set aside for a competition limited to all responsive, responsible, eligible Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. A single award is anticipated from this solicitation. Organizations interested in responding may visit this web site on or after May 8, 2007, to download the solicitation and any attachments. The scope of this project consists of training, independent quality assurance, and content support for the Beneficiary Contact Center (BCC) operations, which is designed to strengthen the knowledge, quality of performance and skills of the BCC workforce; to provide continuous improvement through the integration of content, training, quality assurance and operations; as well as create a responsive content and training operations team capable of incorporating new program initiatives and other specialized needs. The entire scope of this work, the requirements, evaluation factors, etc. will be specifically addressed in the solicitation when issued. NOTE: To be eligible for award, the successful offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov).
