FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at destination. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 6105-01-446-8553, 120-day delivery. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
