- Solicitation SPM7L2-07-R-0107 is an unrestricted acquisition for NSN 2930-01-153-8384, Parts Kit, Fan for a quantity of 669 each, including a 100% option quantity (possible additional 669 each IF EXERCISED).. Approved sources: Cage 45152 P/N 2223250 and Cage 77873 P/N 3-24507. NSN requires Destination Inspection and Acceptance and FOB Destination with phased production delivery of 335 pieces in 120 days, balance of 334 due 30 days thereafter or 150 days ADO. Destinations may include any DSCC stock sites. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of May 4, 2007. The solicitation will not be available before the issue date. Copies of the RFP will be available at HTTP://DIBBS.BSM.DLA.MIL/RFP. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
