- INTENT The following specifications pertain to the purchase of one 100hp screw type air compressor and desiccant air dryer for Little Goose Lock and Dam. The purchase is also to include all necessary components to be specified in sections 3.0 thru 8.0. The successful bidder shall be required to deliver the desired compressor, dryer and optional flow controller to Little Goose Dam within the time period. Compressor, dryer and flow controller shall all be of same manufacturer. The bidder must also provid e documentation, and other items as stated in these specifications at time of delivery.
