- Description
- Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 from Applied Imagery, 8070 Georgia Avenue, Silver Springs, MD 20910. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisit ion Procedures (SAP) only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12. This is for Quick Terrain Modeler, Floating License and Annual Maintenance. Applied Imagery is the creator/developer and only distributor of this software application. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities/qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 0700 hrs Central T ime Zone on 19 April 2007. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort o n a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
