Description

The US Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) Acquisition Center Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Wind River Systems, 500 Wind River Way, Alameda, CA 94501-1172, a firm fixed price purchas e order for for the purchase of one (1) each Tornado 1.0.1: Windows NT/x86 Object Code Initial Seat, Part #560-102117 and one (1) each Product #560-102117 software licenses. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 23 04(c) (1); Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. Nevertheless, all responsible sources that provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successfully provide the required software licenses may su bmit a quote to be considered. All responses should be received via email within 10 calendar days of the date of this notice. Delivery will be FOB Destination: US Army CERDEC SED, SIGINT/Surveillance Branch, Fort Monmouth, NJ. The software licenses sha ll be delivered within five (5) days from award date. The anticipated award date is 20 days from the date of this notice. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration i n accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004. In additional, all offerors must complete the Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3. This can be accomplished through the following website: http://www.arnet.gov/far/. A written solicitation will not be issued.
