- Description
- The US Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) Acquisition Center Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ADA Core Technologies, Inc., New York, NY 10011-6901, a firm fixed price purchase order f or a twelve (12) month subscription period for Part #T100:Ada/X86LNX, GNAT Pro native Environment to develop Ada software (including Ada 20025) for x86 GNU Linux (32 bits). The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1); Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. Nevertheless, all responsible sources that provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successfully provide the required software subscription may submit a quote to be considered. All responses should be received via email within 10 calendar days of the date of this notice. Delivery will be FOB Destination: US Army, CE-LCMC, Software Engineering Center, FSEED, Bldg 700, Room 110, Randolph & Geronim o Roads, Fort Sill, OK 73503-5000, ATTN: Mark Clausen. The software subscription shall be delivered within five (5) days from award date. The anticipated award date is 20 days from the date of this notice. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004. In additional, all offerors must complete the Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3. This can be accomplished through the following website: http://www.arnet.gov/far/. A written solicitation will not be issued.
