- This notice replaces solicitation number W9124A07R0005. Acquisition is to provide Range Hood Vent System and Duct Cleaning services for facilities located on Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The performance period is base year plus four one-year option periods whic h may be exercised, at the Governments discretion, unilaterally, through April 2012. This contract is to begin on or about 30 April 2007. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and transportation to perform all operations in connectio n with cleaning cooking exhausts, ducts, and range hoods listed in this contract. All work areas shall be left clean after completion of work and all debris shall be removed. Area of responsibility will cover approximately 12 locations and 33 Range Hoods a t Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The National Acquisition Industrial Classification Standard Code (NAICS) proposed is 561790, Duct Cleaning Services, and the business size standard is $6,500,000. This acquisition is set-aside 100 percent for small business. This acquis ition will be conducted IAW FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial to procure a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Site visit is planned and tentatively scheduled for 19 April 2007. Vendors will be given the opportunity to ask questions, view the systems and areas of responsibility. More details on dates, location, and times will be posted when they become available.
