This extension includes ongoing Operation & Maintenance of the Virtual Data Center and my include exercise of an existing Option to Extend the Contract for up to two years. Original Notice: Federal Student Aid intends to extend Task Order ED-01-GS-0002 to acquire needed VDC capabilities on a Sole Source basis. This TO was issued under GSA FEDCAC contract GS00T97ALD0003. This TO extension will enable completion of a VDC transition effort to a successor VDC provider and closeout of the TO on a commercially outsourced basis. Because this will be a Sole Source award no response to this Notice is required.
