Description

Questions and Answers: 1. Q. Will the Image Knowledge Base software be used solely for post-committal data extraction from image and integration with the eDib architecture or does SSA desire a fully integrated Enterprise Content Management solution to include content/document management, workflow, and records management capabilities in addition to post-committal data extraction from image? A. The Image Knowledge Base software will be used for post-committal data extraction. SSA already has a content management system and the Image Knowledge Base software will need to interface with the existing system. 2. Q. If only post-committal data extraction is desired for this project, will the Image Knowledge Base solution interface with an existing Enterprise Content Management solution at SSA and if so, which solution product? A. SSA is using IBM?s Content Manager Family as its Content/Document/Record Management solution.
