Description
NASA/MSFC plans to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the following Commercial services: For MATLAB Software Maintenance Renewal and added upgrades in support of Marshall Space Flight Center. Please review the attached specification and requirements regarding the solicitation. If any problems occur with the attachments, please contact Joseph D. Hobson @joseph.d.hobson@nasa.gov. This procurement is for full and open competition. The NAICS Code is 541511 respectively. The anticipated release date of April 10, 2007 with an anticipated offer due date of on April 24, 2007. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery of renewed license agreements to Marshall Space Flight Center is required to commence June 1, 2007. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-09. Offers for the items described above are due by April 24, 2007, 4:30 pm CST to P22/Joseph D. Hobson and must include, solicitation number, FOB Destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. Offerors shall provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1 (JAN 2006), Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, which is incorporated by reference. If the end product(s) offered is other than domestic end product(s) as defined in the clause entitled "Buy American Act --Suppoies," the offeror shall so state and shall list the country of or of origin. FAR 52.212-4 (Sept 2005), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is applicable. FAR 52.212-5 (FEB 2006), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is applicable. FAR 52.212(FEB 2006), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items is applicable and the following identified clauses are incorporated by reference: 52.203-6;52.219-6;52.219-8;52-219-14;52.222-3;52.222-19;52.222-21;52-222-266-;52.222-35;5 2.222-36;52.222-37;52.222-39;52.225-13;232-33. Technical acceptability will be determined by review of information subitted by the offeror which must provide a description in sufficient detail to show that the product offered meets the Government's requirement. Offerors must include complete Representations and Certifications via the ORCA Database @www.bpn.gov An ombudsman gas been appointed -- See NASA Specific Note "B". Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this combination synopsis/solicitation and amendments(if any).
