Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE POMPANO BEACH, FLORIDA The United States Government seeks to lease street-level, contiguous (same floor) office space, or contiguous upper-floor space on one floor which meets GSA lease criteria and has handicapped accessible elevator service to the SSA office floor as an acceptable alternative. The space offered must consist of approximately 15,839 rentable square feet in Pompano Beach, Florida. The space must yield a minimum of 13,773 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A minimum of ninety-two (92) parking spaces should be available at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates, for visitors and employees within a two-block radius of the office. Availability of public transportation with adequate parking must be available within two-blocks of the space offered. The proposed space must be located within the area delineated by the following boundaries: North: Intersection of Sample Road and Route 441, east to Sample Road to Powerline Road. South: Coconut Creek Road, from Route 441, east to Lyons Road, north on Lyons Road to Copans Road, east on Copans Road to Powerline Road. East: Powerline Road from Sample Road, south to Intersection of Copans Road West: Route 441, from Sample Road, south on Route 441 to Coconut Creek. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 10-15-08. All space offered must be contiguous on one floor. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration.
