- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Orlando, Florida The United States Government seeks to lease office space of approximately 12,420 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding 10,800 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (OASF) in Orlando, FL, within the following Delineated Area (map attached): North: Altamonte Dr; East: Maitland Ave. between Altamont Dr. and Kennedy Blvd., and Orlando Ave. (17-92) between Kennedy Blvd and Lee Rd; South: Lee Road between Orlando Ave, and Diplomat Circle and Kennedy Blvd. between Destiny Dr. and Keller Rd; West: Diplomat Circle and Lake Destiny Dr. between Lee Road and Kennedy Blvd., Keller Rd. between Kennedy and Oranole Rd., and Wymore Rd. between Oranole Rd. and Altamonte Dr. The proposed lease term is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Contiguous space on one floor is preferred. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration. A minimum of 51 surface parking spaces must be located within a 2 block radius of the offered building. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2008 All expressions of interest by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
