- LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT within Washington County, Maryland. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is seeking to lease warehouse, office, and supporting space consisting of approximately 351,600 - 400,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (BOAF) for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Space shall yield approximately 1,600 BOAF for office space and a minimum of 350,000 BOAF for warehouse and storage space. The building needs to provide parking for at least 15 vehicles. Warehouse space shall yield at least 7 loading dock doors and shall be capable of having tractor trailer drive through access. There is a clear height ceiling requirement minimum of 36 feet and a minimum live floor load of 300 lbs. per square foot. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded by: the county limits of Washington, MD. LEASE TERM: Ten years, five years firm. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted by April 27, 2007 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available square feet and rent rate per square foot 3. Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 4.
