(ii) RFP SOLICITATION NUMBER: 5TC70070065 ; (iii) CLAUSE AND PROVISION IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR: 2005-16 Effective 22 March 2007; (iv) SET-ASIDE:NONE, NAICS CODE: 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 750 Employees; (v) LINE ITEM(S): CLIN 0001 Imaging System Bundle quantities 66 EACH, with operations and maintenance manual, commercial warranty, 12 months spare parts list; (vi) DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: Imaging System Bundle consisting of a long-range thermal (night) imager, visual (day) camera, pan & tilt unit, control box (receiver/driver), controller, monitor, cable ends (connectors), and any other ancillary components necessary to render the system operational (Full solicitation and item description attached, or may be obtained by contacting the Contracting Officer); (vii) DATE(S) AND PLACE(S) OF DELIVERY: 28 August 2007, FOB Albuquerque, NM 87121; (viii) FAR 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS?COMMERCIAL and Addendum applies to this acquisition.
